Why predicting this year's Guild Wars is a two-disk edition of the game?

I just purchased the Guild Wars: Game of the Year Edition. Two disks Inside, and I wondered for a second. One Looks like the installation disk, and another to actually play the game Will be, but what am I to install temporary and I do not want to ruin.

I actually play the game disc I do not need to recall – I'm an idiot when you install the disk to move Lost – but still the other one – both drives are running fine Will
